Yeongu Lee has fallen in love with the neapolitan-style pizza a few years ago and decided to bring back to his country his new passion and share it with his fellow citizens. Not an easy task: for some years he travelled from Seoul to Naples, studying the perfect way to make the dough and the technique to cook in the wood oven.
