A must to try is the Malloreddus pasta with Sardinian-style piglet ragout, Vernaccia wine, fresh tomatoes, and aged Pecorino Sardo or the Grilled tuna fillet served with eggplants and zucchini, fresh cherry tomatoes, capers, and oregano sauce.
