South of Italy in Los Angeles. Nardò is a celebration of southern cuisine. There are many different recipes from Puglia and Campania to be tasted, including excellent homemade pasta dishes. However, we would recommend the pizza: a really well-made Neapolitan-style version that follows tradition. The classic Margherita is very good, but the signature pizza Nardò, with crust filled up with ricotta cheese, basil pesto, mozzarella cherry tomato, and prosciutto is really rich and mouth-watering. A good selection of wines completes the offer, many of which are available by the glass.
