Claudio Villani's passion for wine has led him to open several successful venues including two (AltoVino and InoVino) in San Francisco. This one in Los Angeles, opened in collaboration with Yan Wong, immediately gained popularity among locals. At the root of the success is the pairing of natural wines and tapas, naturally carrying the Italian flag. Excellent pinsa (Roman-style type of pizza), but also selections of cured meats or cheeses to go with wine. The selection of labels shows a careful search for excellent bottles, ranging from producers all over Italy. When in doubt about what to pick, the wine list by the glass allows you to sample multiple types at really good prices.
