Perfecto® Nocciola

Description

Few ingredients make for a delicious and healthy product: organic, Roman DOP La Fescennina hazelnut paste (from the Sciardiglia Organic Farm), high-quality milk and 100% organic, Italian raw beet sugar. Only natural fibers (inulin and citrus fiber), skimmed milk powder, and a single thickener made from carob seed flour are used. Hazelnut, the star ingredient, makes up 10% of the total weight; sugar content is limited to only 19 grams per 100 of the finished product. The salt content is very low, and the ice cream is completely gluten-free.
