Founded in 1989, this consortium has more than 200 partners and processes organic produce, keeping a close eye on supply chain traceability. They offer a wide range of products: pasta made with bronze dies, spelt pasta, grains (oats, spelt, millet, barley, rye), pulses (chickpeas, adzuki, grass peas, beans, lentils, peas, field pea), soup mixes, muesli, flakes, whole (spelt, chickpeas, buckwheat, millet, rye, lentils) and refined flours, pâtés, jams, hazelnut spreads, canned fruit.
