Some years ago, brothers Luigi and Angelo Dattilo were inspired by their love of the land and its produce, particularly truffles, changed a hobby into a business. They now process and sell truffles and mushrooms, using cutting-edge machinery, selling fresh white and black, Burgundy and bianchetto truffles, among others. But also ceps, Caesar's and Saint George's mushrooms, chanterelles, and others. They also preserve truffles in brine, and use them for creams, pâtés, condiments, dressings and sauces, flours, pasta and honey, as well as an organic range.
