This family-run business was founded in 1998 thanks to the passion and determination of Aldo and Tea, who wanted to create condiments that would represent Liguria in Italy and the world. In the late 1990s, after 30 years of selling extra virgin olive oil, pesto and traditional Ligurian sauces, the pair created the Artigiana Amadori brand and began producing. Today the second generation of family lead the business, producing delicious condiments in their Genova Prà workshop.
