The Campisi family have been processing fish since 1854: wild tuna, swordfish, grouper, amberjack, anchovies and sardines. Time-honored techniques dating back to the Arab period, honed over the centuries, are used. Among their range of products, they sell all parts of the tuna, including ventresca (belly meat), swordfish bottarga (dried fish roe) and amberjack buzzonaglia (dark scraps). There's also a line of bottled vegetables.
