This small manufacturer specializes in the production of 'croccantino', a local sweet. Here it is made according to an old, traditional recipe that calls for a delicious coat of dark chocolate. Over the years other variations have emerged, for example using coffee or honey and figs. There's also a rich assortment of pralines, in various flavors, and cookies with a soft filling of dried fruit and honey. There's even a beer (made possible by a partnership with the brewer Karma), flavored with cocoa and dark chocolate: a real treat!
