The company has over a century of experience in artisan meat processing, including different varieties of venison, typical of the Valmalenco production area, in Valtellina. The original and typical products have earned the company praise thanks to the efforts of owner Mario Cardinale Bosio, a Milanese lawyer turned cured meat producer a few years ago. The traditional-style products include bresaola, typical charcuterie of the Valtellina area and the exclusive Malenca. The business also has a lovely butcher's shop.
