Based in Cuneo, this farm producer has a long tradition behind it, particularly in the cultivation of grains and animal feed, and in the breeding of Piedmontese cattle for milk and meat. After switching to organic in 1999, Mana began producing white eggs from Leghorn hens reared in a closed-loop system, fed with estate grains naturally rich in Omega-3s, and left to roam free outdoors all year round in the sun and in the shade of a hazelnut grove, with 4 square meters of terrain available for each.
