Perrotta was conceived to promote one of the main local products but also to give traditional flavours a modern twist. The company offers quality products like soft chestnut snacks; boiled chestnuts, also flavoured with bay leaves and wild fennel; chestnut and cocoa cream; chestnuts and porcini mushrooms for pasta sauces or to serve with meat). Then there is chestnut flour, dried chestnuts, chestnut cream, also with cocoa; chestnuts in syrup, in grappa and in rum.
