Umberto Boschi has passed the century mark (it was founded in 1922), but remains a stronghold of the Salame Felino IGP production zone, with which its name has been bound up over time. The tradition has been handed down from one generation to the next, preserving age-old knowledge in the production of traditional charcuterie: PDO Parma ham (produced in their Lesignano de' Bagni facility), PGI Coppa di Parma, culatello, cooked cured meats and local products like zampone, cotechino and cappellotto.
