Founder Ciro Flagella was a food merchant who, during one of his trips, discovered a variety of San Marzano tomato grown in Puglia and decided to devote his work to it. He passed on this legacy to his son, who's carrying on his father's wisdom and preparing the tomatoes entirely by hand. Careful handling at each processing stage is the trademark of a producer that continues to focus on quality.
