Federico Casari and Alessio Selvaggio are the two skilled, enthusiastic owners of this Novara brewery. A modern plant, using quality hops and malt, prime ingredients like yeasts, spices, chestnuts, local rice, and scrupulous control of every manufacturing phase are the hallmark of production, offering very high standards, recognized and rewarded at national and international level. The dozen versions of beer include Platinum, a Christmas beer, also available in large sizes.
