Alessandro Campanini is the soul, as well as the founding partner of this craft brewery, which started business in 2003. All processing stages are monitored closely as is the upstream selection of raw materials, primarily water, which differs depending on the beer being prepared. He has a dozen types available, including a Christmas brew and a very special ginger version. Some have been awarded prestigious awards internationally and there are also gadgets on sale.
