This family-run company based in a historic farmhouse at the foot of the Maritime Alps painstakingly selects its raw ingredients and works methodically, focusing on the use of clean energy. It uses skill and imagination to produce, blend and process aromatic and medicinal herbs; spices like saffron, pepper; salt; sugar; teas and tisanes; honey; rice; and more recently, gluten-free flours and seaweed-based items.
