Known for its Monograno line and operating in Val di Fiemme since 1908, growing wheat and producing pasta with artisan methods. Today, Felicetti is more involved in organic products than ever with a selection that gourmets adore. Wholemeal kamut (the ancestor of modern grains), matt, spelt or egg pasta, in any case the supreme quality is guaranteed by the quality of the flour and the spring water used. There are more than 11 varieties and over 200 shapes and sizes, specialities using Regiokorn spelt and kamut.
