The story begins in the 1940s when Vittorio Fiorentini's shop in the centre of Turin, opened in 1918 by Leonildo Fiorentini, began selling special food products from all over the world, from couscous and unleavened bread to sauces, spices and tropical fruit. Roberto and Adriana Fiorentini continued and developed this direction, and grasped the full potential of the new trend towards healthy food. So in 2002 Fiorentini production started to specialize in bread substitutes and gluten-free, vegan and organic products including breakfast cereals, biscuits, melba toasts, pasta, rice, supplements, condiments, drinks and fruit juices, desserts, and more. With almost 15 years of experience in the sector, today Fiorentini offers a wide range of products, both own brand and private label, and is one of the European leaders in the production of corn and rice cakes and snacks under distributor's brands.
