Francesco De Tacchi's farm is a centuries-old operation that has always devoted outstanding care and attention to its crops, from seeds to harvest and processing of products. The jewel in the crown is the excellent rice, part of which is Carnaroli and Vialone Nano, aged for a surprising 22 months. Then there is flour (including instant and stoneground) and artisanal corn pasta, monovarietal biancoperla and maranello corn beers, and biscuits (Venetian buffetti and tondi de luna) also made from corn.
