A young company, run by an equally young entrepreneur, Giulio Garzisi, who built his business on the concept of one prime product: saffron. The crop is grown on two plots, one in Gagliano Aterno and one in Sulmona. Nothing has been left to chance, including packaging, with each pack containing a pot of pistils, a pair of pincers and a mortar to crush the spice before use. Giulio also produces delicious pear and saffron jam and saffron honey.
