The farm covers 200,000 square metres where it grows all the vegetables used for processing and other local items like EVO to Santa Margherita di Savoia salt. The only "foreigners" are Emilia Romagna vinegar and Sicilian anchovies. Tomatoes, aubergines, peppers, courgettes, and dried greens bottled in olive oil, which can then be reused; vegetables in oil, including turnip greens and olives; tomatoes, courgettes, peppers, and aubergines stuffed with dried tuna or anchovies; tomato pâtés and sauces.
