Since 2005, as well as being known for its outstanding products, the Giotto patisserie has proved real social commitment by teaching the art of pastry making to inmates from Due Palazzi prison. The work in the prison is strictly supervised by master pastry chefs who teach their pupils how to follow recipes to the letter. Giotto production is vast and ranges from traditional patisserie for festivities to nougat, biscuits, tarts and the Sant'Antonio line developed in partnership with the monks from the basilica dedicated to Saint Anthony.
