La Bonissima goes back generations, thanks to its being managed with love and care by the De Pietri family. Vinegar is stored in wooden kegs in an old cellar. From there it will go on to adorn tables and enrich foods, lending something precious and, above all, unique in terms of both its flavor and aroma.
