The company's flagship is its campana, a bell-shaped cake made of nuts and almond flour, and coated with chocolate, in homage to the world's oldest bell foundry located right here. Then there are mostaccioli, wafers filled with walnuts and almonds, dragées, amaretti and aromatized sugars.
