In 1981 Antonello Russo started applying biodynamic methods on 16 hectares of land around his historic farmhouse. Today, thanks to his expertise and passion he is an Italian leader for cereals, heritage fruits, vegetables, olives and tomatoes, grown without the use of additives and chemicals, processed for canning in olive oil. Products include Galatina chicory, turnip greens and edible muscari, then tomato purées and ready sauces, excellent peeled tomatoes, sweet and sour dressings, pâtés, pesto, purées and more.
