Paola Calciolari, a former pharmacist, is the soul of this company, founded in 1991. Known in Italy and abroad mainly for production of mostarda, Paola's passion led her to rediscover typical but forgotten fruit from her area, and thanks to her boundless imagination the product range is quiet extensive.
