In 1935 Attilio Lenti started up the first cooked ham production plant and today the company still produces over 5,000 tons of quality cooked meats per year. It pays particular attention to consumers and every product is free from gluten (AIC certified), lactose and caseinates (SGS certified), polyphosphates, glutamates, and GM ingredients. Products also have low salt content and are flavoured with an infusion of spices from a recipe perfected by the founder in the early years of business. The meat is purchased from national and EU markets. The company was among the first producers of organic roast turkey, ostrich ham and cooked ham.
