In 2001 the Pozzuto sisters started up this farm in the Daunia hills, intending to continue a rural tradition, following the seasons and the cycles of nature. Apart from their very good EVO from the peranzana variety, their flagship production is handpicked tomatoes, processed into excellent purée, or peeled tomatoes, cherry tomatoes from the hillside preserved in brine, and the sliced tomatoes known as spaccatelle. Lots of ready tomato sauces and vegetables in oil too.
