Since 1986 this family-run business has been known for its production, processing and sale of Vialone Nano Veronese (PGI, classic, semi-processed, whole, and new-harvest) and Carnaroli. It supervises all the production stages: cultivation, growth, harvesting, drying, storage and so on, right up to packaging. It also produces a number of prized heritage varieties like Riso Comune Originario Vialone Nero, Riso Essicato sull'Aia, and Riso Nero Beppino, as well as a line of cosmetic products and rice by-products (many of which are gluten free): flour, polenta, biscuits, and crackers.
