The Lupatelli family's flagship product is the local cantiano sour cherry. Picked, cleaned and pitted, the sour cherries are left to drain of their juice and then cooked quickly with sugar before being bottled in their own syrup. The range of preserves also includes heritage fruit varieties and wild fruit, raspberries in syrup, angelica pear, blackberry and mulberry, white cherry, sour cherry, wild plum and wild strawberry jams.
