Andrea Rossi's products originate from his deep-rooted passion for fish, a meticulous respect for ingredients and outstanding entrepreneurial skill. These led him to open his own business after years working as a stall assistant in the quaint Rialto market in Venice. The company prepares fish by traditional marinating and specialities include Saccaleva anchovies in EVOO, tartars and carpaccios of tuna and sea bass, marinated salmon flakes, as well as moeche, the green crabs that are the lagoon's greatest delicacy.
