Its range includes fresh prized black and white spring and summer truffles, as well as every possible type of preserve imaginable, made with prime ingredients like Ciociaro EVO. Delicious creams and sauces with truffles and vegetables are sold alongside honey, pasta and cheese flavoured with truffle, truffle oil and liqueurs, whole or sliced truffles in brine.
