Founded in 1996 by Santo Cauteruccio, who is still the sole administrator, the company is located in a town that is part of Pollino National Park, a basket of excellent products. The premium native and imported raw materials, careful processing, use of the most suitable machinery, and scrupulous monitoring of each phase ensure that standards are very high. Production includes vegetables in oil, with special focus on Sila peppers and mushrooms, ready sauces, preserves and jams (including pepper or onion), spices.
