The de la Ville sur Illon estate includes organic farmlands and generous spaces for hosting various events. The land, however, is the source of the raw materials used to make excellent natural preserves, first of all Extra jams, including chestnut and chocolate, carrot and orange, fig and walnut, almond and pumpkin, and autumn fruits with vincotto. The fruit, vegetable and spice chutneys are also interesting, as are the different PGI Sarconi beans, pulse and cereal soup mixes, honeys.
