Perfecto® is the result of the study and work of Gelsana, a company founded in Rome in 2019 on the initiative of entrepreneur Daniele Frasca. Perfecto® is a natural and gluten-free ice cream, rich in vegetable fibres and proteins, with a reduced content of added sugars and fats and a low calorie content, ideal for everyone, but especially for those who are coeliac, lactose intolerant or vegan. The Zero Line is totally sugar-free, particularly suitable for those suffering from diabetes. There is also a protein line designed for athletes that contains 30 whey protein (WPC) in each 200 gram portion.
