Founded in 1999 by the Previdi brothers, Piemont Fungo Antiche Tradizioni sells all types of mushrooms, identifying the best products and selling them under their Antiche Tradizioni brand. The porcino mushroom, the king of the woods, takes center stage here. Only the most prized variety is sold, available in thin slices, whole, cut, baked, in dressing, dried and so on. Don't overlook the delicious chiodini and muschio mushrooms, not to mention their jarred vegetables (such as stuffed peperoncini), sauces and preserves.
