Alto Adige tradition and experience took a trip to Tuscany in 1992, when Martin Gschleier moved his company down there. Son Michael now continues organic production of apples, which he processes in various ways including tasty juices, vinegar, cider, and delicious dried slices. The farm, in an area dear to the Etruscans, cultivates 12 varieties on 11 hectares of land, and the entire chain is managed in house, vaunting prime raw material, pure air and unpolluted water.
