A model agricultural cooperative, open since 1989 and now with 180 members and 80 hectares of modern greenhouse facilities. It produces, processes and/or packs vegetables from the south of the island, including about ten types of tomatoes, some of which have taken European markets by storm. Then there are peppers, two types of melons, and artichokes, including PDO Sardinian prickly artichoke. Also worth trying are the tasty sundried tomatoes and fragrant sauces prepared with each of the varieties of tomatoes.
