Founded in the early 1920s, this company has always focused on cultivating and harvesting salt in the Trapani salt flats. Its product acquired PGI designation a few years ago. The salt flats extend over a stretch of coast that is over 20 kilometres long. The salt here is incredibly pure and packed with beneficial trace elements such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, fluoride, and iodine. The range also includes flavoured and iodized types.
