T&C was established in 1990 with the intention of selling truffles, the majestic mushroom that is a native to the lovely town of Acqualanga. They offer a variety of local mushrooms year-round thanks to modern conservation techniques. Their products are sought after by other shops, restaurants and processing plants. In addition to fresh varieties, dried and frozen mushrooms are available, as well as creams, toppings, sauces and much more.
