The company, on the Urbino slope, preserves traditions rooted in the recipes handed down for centuries but also responds to growing market demands by installing state-of-the-art equipment and facilities. The dairy is outstanding also for its use of milk collected directly in the surrounding farms and proper processing of local products. The range is extensive, with Casciotta di Urbino and PDO Fossa di Sogliano, as well as primo sale, ricotta, pecorino, cow cheeses, and others that are mixed, aged, flavoured.
