The Conte di Bellomonte label offers not only a variety of EVOs, including flavoured versions, but also condiments; PGI Balsamico di Modena vinegar; vegetables in oil, pâtés and sauces. The Tenuta Fragassi brand includes EVO, condiments, pesto and sauces, while Terra Nostra is used for oils and sauces. Lastly, Pera d'Abruzzo is used for a mouth-watering tomato purée from a production cycle monitored from sowing to bottling, with processing of the native pera d'Abruzzo tomato cultivar on the same day, handpicking only those at just the right degree of ripeness.
