In Naples, a new pizzeria is opening. And what's new about it? Well, the novelty lies in the fact that this new address - Antica Pizzeria Chiaia - aims to be an experiential pizzeria where the culture of Neapolitan homes is told in every detail. From the welcome to the taste, becoming a Neapolitan stage that loves to bring to the fore the strong sense of hospitality of the Neapolitans. A true Neapolitan home that observes the rituals of hospitality and celebrates the products used in the kitchen. Playing host is the pizza maker Aniello Falanga, an expert craftsman of pizza who welcomes every guest with authentic, delightful bites. His menu stands out for offering pizzas inspired by historical references, with each creation reflecting attention to detail and a commitment to bringing an authentic and full-flavored experience to the table. The menu setup is in full alignment with the project's spirit; the pizzas are classic in taste, starting from the marinara (priced at 4.5 euros), the margherita (5.50 euros), margherita with San Marzano tomatoes (10 euros), cosacca, capricciosa, stuffed calzone, and several others that are symbolic of the 1980s. Neapolitan fried foods are also available, including the delicious fried pizza stuffed with ricotta, cicoli, and pepper. The pizza in "rutiello" also makes an appearance, including the marinara with two tomatoes and the Chiana pizza with multiple variations.
