The certified PGI extra virgin oils from Puglia were the protagonists of a major event at Osteria del Treno in Milan, organized by Gambero Rosso in collaboration with the PGI Olive Oil from Puglia Consortium. The event included a public tasting with the presence of producers and a masterclass dedicated to industry professionals, aiming to enhance and highlight the green gold of Puglia and its flagship denomination through the various expressions and types of PGI Olive Oil from Puglia. The most important olive-growing region in Italy, Puglia, is demonstrating year after year that quality and quantity can go hand in hand, offering products that are increasingly sought after in Italy and around the world.
