Shop with a visible laboratory, a small counter dedicated to sweets and focaccias, and a limited but interesting bread selection (reservation is recommended to find what you're looking for). On the shelf, there are also products from local farms and flours from local farmers. The bread has long leavenings and is very light and digestible; interesting doughs with local flours. Also worth mentioning are the corn turtles and the focaccia, very tall, flavored with excellent extra virgin olive oil. Small artisanal bakery serving the surroundings of Centa San Nicolò and some retailers in Trento and the province. Baking takes place during the day, with sourdough and stone-ground flours; the technique recalls the bread of Southern Italy, very leavened and soft, with large cavities and a crispy crust. More than thirty types of bread, mostly in small format and with semi-whole flours and brewer's yeast; standouts include PanTrentino, with local flours and sourdough, and potato bread, soft and tasty. The pizza is tray or paddle (with several flavors available), and breadsticks and focaccias complete the savory offer. A project born from three friends (two engineers and a graphic designer) that includes a small laboratory in the city center, where bread and pizza are baked. The former is present on the shelf with a few types, all in large format (the baguette is the only exception) with a weekly calendar that changes during the year. The doughs are well leavened with a well-cooked and crispy crust. Pizza and focaccia are available with various fillings and combinations that enhance the territory. Long leavenings give lightness to a dough that crackles in the mouth. Sweets complete the offer: brownies or sweet focaccia with chocolate chips. Selection of beers and craft drinks; service is somewhat slow.

A family-run bakery. The venue has somewhat dated furnishings and an offer like a minimarket but offers excellent bread, also available in other stores listed on the website. A proposal with about ten types: ciabatta and tartaruga are great classics, as well as olive bread (derived from olives), or Valle dei Laghi loaf with Garda oil and their own production flours (they have an internal mill and source the rest from local farmers). Soft focaccias accompany tray pizza and packs of breadsticks. The sweet offer is growing, with some new cakes like pear and chocolate, or walnut and honey; also evolving fresh pastry.
