Same format, plus a corner dedicated to the Avo Bar, focused on avocado toast: Ditta Artigianale opens its sixth location at the historic city market

It's easy now to lose count of Ditta Artigianale's locations, the brand created by roaster, barista, and above all, entrepreneur Francesco Sanapo, along with Patrick Hoffer. The bar on Via de Neri (which recently celebrated its 10th anniversary) brought a new way of experiencing coffee to the city, and today the family grows further, launching its sixth café in the historic San Lorenzo market.

Ditta Artigianale arrives at the market

An exceptional location, as we have come to expect from Sanapo over the years. The bar is located at stall 101, in one of the city's most renowned and frequented markets: the offering is the same as always, focused on the house's specialty coffees, served as espresso or filter coffee, which also form the base for cappuccinos and flat whites. To eat, there are international pastries, French-inspired for the bakery section, and Northern European with cakes by the slice and pancakes.

The place is different from all the others, a kiosk in the middle of the market, with a corner dedicated to the AVO Bar, centered around avocado toast, offered for lunch. A new adventure for this brilliant Florentine format that has provided jobs to 130 people, mostly young (and all very well-trained), and that never ceases to amaze.
