A family-run establishment, Noka Gastro Bistrot was born from Chef Stefano Vicari's desire to offer a new interpretation of food in Scicli. Traditional Sicilian recipes are revisited in a modern and personalized way. Garum
Chef-fisherman Tonino Adamo, along with his wife Rosanna and daughter Silvia, manages Garum, where fresh fish takes center stage. The menu includes simple dishes like the daily catch fish soup.
