Trattoria. A characteristic alleyway with a cobbled floor and stone house guards this restaurant whose cuisine is clearly marked by tradition but reworked with a breath of modernity. While there is no shortage of fine cured meats with crescentine, tongue with green sauce and giardiniera, gramigna and tagliatelle (not only ragù but also mushrooms and truffles in season), and tortellini in broth, there are frequent grafts dictated by the market and creativity.
